By focusing on all that is wrong in your life you are become dogged by doubts, insecurity, feelings of inadequacy. Instead, be grateful for all that is good in your life, cherish what you do have, laugh, and love. Change the things that can be changed, but don't dwell on what cannot be undone or is broken. Don't avoid life by living in a world of 'what ifs' and 'why them and not me'.
